Andrew has spent his professional life creating value for some of the world’s best-known CPG companies, including Procter & Gamble, Heinz, Georgia-Pacific, and Kellogg’s. He has led transformational growth on some of the world’s most iconic brands including Tide, Pringles, Heinz Ketchup, Quilted Northern, and Special K in both North America and internationally. Towle ran the Australia/New Zealand business for Kellogg from 2013-2015. In 2016, Towle became CEO of private equity-owned Urnex Brands (global coffee industry), where he relaunched the company’s strategy and built core capabilities including innovation and supply chain. Urnex was successfully sold in 2017.

  • Launched P&G’s Pringles across Asia, growing it to a $250M business with focus on Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea.

  • Led Heinz’s US $700M Ketchup & Sauces business to 2 years of record profits with unprecedented innovation.

  • Ran Koch Industries / Georgia Pacific’s US consumer bath tissue business ($3B) for 5 years of sales and profit growth behind strong customer fundamentals and innovation.

  • Led transformation of Kellogg’s $300M Australia business amidst unprecedented changes in consumer and customer demands for improved nutrition in breakfast, snacks and beverages.

  • First non-family CEO of PE backed Urnex Brands ($35M), which services the global coffee industry. Developed and implemented the strategic, organizational and culture transformation that led to a successful sale to Weimann Brands in 2017.
